about me

My name is Natalie Carter, I have grown up with lots of animals around me as a child; Dogs, Cats, Chipmunks, Ferrets,
Birds, Chickens, Fish, you name it, and we’ve probably owned it.
I am certified in Canine First aid, NARDS registered and am certified in CAP 1 Clicker Training, currently progressing onto CAP 2.
My partner and myself currently own 2 Dobermann’s called Roxy and Tyler. They are now both 2 years of age, brother and sister and are growing up fast!
We have owned Roxy since she was 9 weeks old, and have been training in obedience, flyball and agility with her. She has passed her K.C.G.C in Bronze and we're now working towards Silver. She has also recently been accepted into the UpAndOver agility club.
Tyler came to us at a year old after being handed back to the Breeder by his previous owners, who couldn’t cope with his boisterous behaviour. We took him on and have been working with him for the past year, he had so much to give and was an extremely fast learner, he just needed some direction in life. Tyler has also passed his Bronze K.C.G.C. He partakes in obedience classes and is gradually moving onto agility.
We also own a cat called Jaffa, she is now coming up to the age of 9, but still completely rules the house.
Up until last year we also owned 2 ferrets, a polecat called Fizz, and an albino named Cherry, contrary to their bad reputation, ferrets make extremely good pets, and they are fun to own too.
“I would be very comfortable entrusting my own dogs into Natalie’s care for dog walking. I have witnessed first hand her empathy with dogs and good understanding of building a cooperative relationship with them whilst attending training classes at Wagalot Barn.”
